Size 00 is up to 10 cm, 0-11 cm; 1-12 cm, 2 13.1 cm; 3 14.3 cm; 4 15.5 cm; 5 16.7 cm.

Recommendations for the care and use of pads:
1. If the finger holes turn out to be small (the pads are an individual thing, and the holes are specially made smaller), you need to take a pencil, wrap it with sandpaper (complete with pads) and carefully enlarge the holes to the desired size without stretching these holes.
2. To avoid injury, work on projectiles with new pads should start with the simplest exercises. During the week, the pads will soften and "fit" on your palm in accordance with your anatomical features and the manner in which the elements are executed. It is highly undesirable to transfer the pads to another person for use.
3. When using the pads for the first time, remember the skin of the pads a little with your hands to soften it.
